Commitment:
Acceptance of these terms of use is deemed to have been made upon entry and navigation of the visitor/user on Autoplan. This acceptance consists of the express, unconditional and irrevocable agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. In case of disagreement of the user/visitor with any of the terms, he/she must interrupt and avoid browsing Autoplan, notifying, if he/she wishes, the administrator. Autoplan reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time and without justification, and the modifications will be taken into account only if they are expressed in writing and incorporated into this text. In the event of total or partial invalidity or inapplicability of individual terms, the validity of all other terms is not affected. Intellectual and industrial property rights:
By this agreement you accept and acknowledge that the entire content of Autoplan (documents, texts, trademarks, designs, images, services, electronic files, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company from the moment of its publication on the Internet, subject to the rights of third parties. Therefore, the content enjoys the protection of the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as international conventions. The domain name www.autoplan.gr is legally registered in the database of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Postal Commission (EETT) and “Autoplan” is a legally registered trademark and therefore protected by all relevant provisions of Greek and European law. As far as the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (e.g. partner websites, members or companies) are concerned, their protection is the exclusive responsibility of the owners. It is expressly prohibited to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, download, translate and modify in any way part or all of the content of Autoplan and the services offered therein without the prior written permission of the Company. In the event that the Autoplan administrators become aware that someone is systematically extracting, manually or automatically, all or a substantial part of its database, the Autoplan administrators may deactivate any existing account without notice, while reserving the right to exercise any other legal right.
Individual storage and copying of parts of the content on a simple personal computer for strictly personal use is extremely permitted. A prerequisite is that there is no intention of commercial exploitation and that the source of the content is indicated. Some of the images used on Autoplan are taken, for example, from the websites freepic.com and canva.com, which are used on the basis of the respective special licence, without in any way affecting the moral rights of the photographers. Therefore, any republication is expressly prohibited. Photographs may also be used from databases with creative commons licenses (e.g. pexels.com, Wikimedia.org) according to the conditions set by these websites.
Limitation of Autoplan’s liability:
Autoplan and the Company cannot in any case be held liable for any damage and/or any other negative consequence that may result from accessing and/or using the information and services provided on this website. All the content and services of Autoplan are provided “as is”. No warranty is given by the Company that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruptions and errors or that such errors will be corrected. Under no circumstances does the Company guarantee the correctness, completeness and availability of the content of the pages and services. Finally, there is no warranty on the part of the Company that any linked site or the servers through which it is made available to you will be provided to you free of viruses or other harmful components. By submitting material to Autoplan, you grant the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable and royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publicly display any or all of the material within Autoplan or its affiliated websites. You agree that you will not receive any compensation for the content you submit to Autoplan unless there is a written agreement to the contrary. The intellectual property rights in the material remain with their owner, and Autoplan may mention the name and capacity of the person submitting the material if they have voluntarily provided it.
In the event that any third party takes legal action against the Company for infringement of any of its legal rights, which falls within the scope of the user’s liability as defined in the text of the terms of use, the Company reserves the right to take legal action against the user. Along with any claims of the third party, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation from the user for violation of the terms of use and for any legal consequence resulting from it.
